Injectafer

Injectafer is an iron replacement prescribed to those suffering from iron deficiency anemia (IDA).

Anemia occurs when the body fails to produce healthy red blood cells due to a lack of iron in the body, preventing oxygen from being carried to different tissues throughout the body.

Anemia is easily corrected by taking iron. Oral supplements are available, but often the iron in them is not fully absorbed by the body. As an infusion, injectafer ensures that all of the iron reaches your bloodstream.
